Responsibilities:

• Equipment Sales
• Develop product knowledge
• Achieve sales departmental goals
• Build and develop relationships with previous and new customers
• Assist sales team in all duties related to sales

Strategies to Achieve Goals:

• Professional sales training by experienced staff
• Grow sales and expand customer relation with Kubota brand that covers a wide Range of customers
• Represents company locally in a positive light in the community and with honesty and integrity
• Paid training and continuing education opportunities

Compensation:

• Base pay + commission = $60,000 - $80,000 /year

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8-5
• Saturday 8-2 As Scheduled, Rotation during off season

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
