Job Responsibilities: (includes the following, other duties may be assigned)
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Understanding of Bobrick’s 4 Grade Quality System. Ability to distinguish and explain between levels of defect.
- Follow and maintain all aspects of quality.
- Follow rules of engagement.
Preparing Crates and Cartons:
- Prepares crates for branch orders or pallets for customer orders.
- Prepares cartons for loading, leaving them open for the next mirror.
Assembly and Framing:
- Sets frames on the assembly station and adds glue if needed.
- Places the back into the frame.
- Cleans glass, lifts it, and places it in the frame.
- Inserts foam between the back and glass.
- Sandwiches glass, foam, and back into the frame, bending and lightly tapping with a mallet to achieve a rectangular shape.
- Inserts screws onto the top of the frame and files rough edges on the closing corner.
Packaging and Handling:
- Lifts and seals mirrors into cartons.
- Lifts boxes onto mirror pallets or into mirror crates.
- Moves pallets using a pallet jack.
Finishing Touches:
- Attaches hangers to the frame.
- Marks the boxes with appropriate labels.
- Conduct final inspection following instructions.

- High school diploma or GED and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Works as a productive member of the team and meets the team efficiency goal of 95-105%. Uses all hand tools (pneumatic staplers, screw drivers and gluers), pallet jacks and other equipment as needed. Counts and records inventory if required.
- Must be able to organize own work and determine sequences of operations.
- Must be able to read a tape measure.

Salary: $18.00/hour (Alternate Shift- Shift differential $1.50)
After 60 days, your hourly rate will increase to $20.00, and there’s potential for an impressive merit increase within your first year based on exceptional performance.
