Graveyard Shift Manager

We are looking for a fun and energetic individual to oversee all our Casino Operations, including welcoming and serving our guest's. Grave Shift Manager responsibilities include delegating tasks to line staff, addressing guest inquires and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. If you have excellent organizational and team management skills and experience in customer service, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us create a memorable experience for our guests.

We offer full-time and part-time employment with flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

•Delegate tasks to staff and supervise their performance

•Arrange to have shifts covered (e.g. when employees take time off)

•Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges

•Balance cash drawer's at the end of the shift

•Coordinate with suppliers as they deliver product orders

•Ensure guest satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints

•Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks

•Report maintenance/slot and training needs

Skills

•Availability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays

•A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism

•Excellent organizational skills

•Team management abilities

Previous management experience is recommended but not a deal breaker. We will train the right applicant. Applicant must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card. Applicant must be 21 or older.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
