Summary:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, while communicating ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers.

The Graphic Designer position includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. As part of our creative team, you’ll be the one to help shape and maintain the visual aspects of our brand collateral, marketing content, website, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative skillset and a strong ability to translate requirements into communication design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Our graphic designers must have artistic capacity and strong verbal, visual and written communication skills. Our graphic designers must also have strong portfolios that showcase examples of their best work to be considered during hiring process. Designers often work independently and must meet strict deadlines, so the ability to manage time and stay on schedule is important.

• Study design briefs/requests and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to manager
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Demonstrate strategic visual storytelling skills and the ability to take abstract concepts and develop them into dynamic elements for a wide variety of products and platforms
• Test graphics across various media
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic in accordance with our brand guidelines
• Work with copywriters and creative director/manager to produce final designs
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Organize and maintain shared folders of accessible source/mechanical art files

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or other related certification program) in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven graphic design experience desired, with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Photography/Video experience is a plus but not required
• Vinyl application experience is also a plus but not required
