Working in direct collaboration with Xometry's Brand Marketing team, the Graphics andProduction Associate will offer a hybrid set of Video Production and graphic/illustration design skills. Creative individuals who are passionate about story telling, Video Production, brand aesthetics, and demonstrate an eagerness to learn and grow in their career are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Produce a variety of videos that capture Xometry's unique impact on the engineering and design communities across all major industries; video content will include case studies, ads, product updates, demo videos, etc.
- Work in collaboration with Xometry's Sales Enablement Designer to produce graphics that market Xometry's events, product release updates, and more across social media, digital, email marketing, etc.
- Work with team members across the marketing, sales, technical engineering, and product departments to map out unique messaging campaigns that can be translated into video content
- Draft scripts and storyboards for each video; consider prop design and recruit talent as necessary
- Contribute new ideas to our marketing campaign strategy and lead new projects to completion
- Exemplify a commitment to Xometry's brand guidelines in every aspect of your work
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in video and graphics production
- Within commuting distance of North Bethesda, MD (preferred) or NYC. This is not a strictly in-office position, however being on site to shoot and produce video and photography 1-3 times per month will be required and Xometry encourages employees to come to the office 2 days/week)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as a strategic thinker and independent producer
- Experience with video editing software and Adobe Programs like Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with production equipment (cameras, lighting, etc.)
- A strong sense for aesthetics and visual design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities as necessary
- Motion design and/or illustration experience is a bonus but not required
- A can-do attitude and enthusiasm to learn about how Xometry's platform is fueling the industries of today and tomorrow
