Responsibilities:

1. Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web applications and websites.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project goals and requirements.

3. Create high-quality graphics, icons, and other visual elements to enhance user engagement. Experience creating financial graphics is a plus.

4. Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.

5. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.

6. Conduct user research to gather insights for improving design decisions.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Graphic Web Designer or similar role.

2. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch.

3. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.

4. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

5. Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts.

6. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of Web Design projects.

7. Work from our office in Ozark, Missouri
