We're on the hunt for a top-tier Prepress Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team as an established custom-label company that has been around since 1972. Your Role: In this role, you will be in the office connecting our sales and production teams. You will be responsible for proofing and setting up files for our state-of-the-art digital and flexoGraphic Presses. If you're self-driven and adept at problem-solving, this is the ideal role for you. If you love new technology, we are the place for you. ️ Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare files for printing.
- Set up the counts to the labels and stickers according to the job needs
- Make sure all tickets are correct to go back to production
- Produce high-quality artwork that adheres to our brand and company identity guidelines.
- Some tasks will include artwork for a wide array of communications material, including advertising, branding, and marketing projects.
- Adapt designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
- Create print-ready artwork for various teams.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts that are innovative and compelling.
- Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
- Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality.
- Liaise with marketing, sales, and creative teams to meet deadlines.
- Must be an extremely comfortable illustrator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Proficient in image editing software like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong aesthetic skills, attention to visual details, and ability to meet deadlines.
- BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field, such as Adobe Suite.

Skills:
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in design software (i.e. InDesign).
- Ability to work with a range of media and graphic design software.

A Shift: Sunday to Every Other Wednesday
B Shift: Every Other Wednesday to Saturday
Hours of Operation:
- Weekday: 12Hr Shift from 5am to 5:30pm
- Saturday: 10Hr Shift from 5am to 3:30pm
- Sunday: 10 Hr Shift from 7am to 5:30pm
