Alpine Creative Group is seeking a highly organized Graphic Design + Production Coordinator to support our creative team on a variety of projects. This position requires acute attention to detail as well as strong communication and organization skills. Candidates must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud. This is a full-time, in-house position, candidates must be able to report to our Manhattan office 5 days a week.
Job duties include:
- Set up and review files for a wide variety of print processes (digital, foil stamping, letterpress, engraving, thermography, offset)
- Proofread work orders and client approvals before going into production
- Assist design team with client re-orders as well as new small print projects (stationery, business cards, event day of items, etc.)
- Act as a project manager/liaison between all departments (sales, design, production + fulfillment)
Requirements:
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud (expert knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign + Photoshop)
- Extreme attention to detail A MUST!
- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Bonuses:
- 4-year degree from accredited college a plus
- Basic knowledge of paper stocks and print processes is a plus
- Print Production experience is a plus
- Typography and design sensibilities are a plus
- Basic knowledge of imposition softwares a plus
- Basic knowledge of internal project management tools a plus (ie: Monday, Asana)
