In this role, you will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on design work to produce visually compelling and brand-aligned graphic materials. This position requires a blend of creative expertise, leadership abilities, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction
- Providing strategic and creative direction to the creative team in developing visual concepts, designs, and campaigns that align with VIVACÉ brand identity and marketing objectives.
Visual Design
- Developing and overseeing the creation of visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including digital ads, print collateral, social media graphics, website layouts, and other visual assets.
Brand Management
- Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all creative executions.
- Maintaining and evolving the visual identity of VIVACÉ to strengthen brand recognition and brand equity.
Campaign Development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, copywriters, and designers, to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Translating marketing strategies and objectives into compelling visual concepts and executions.
Team Leadership
- Managing designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring the team's output meets quality standards and project deadlines.
Creative Presentations
- Presenting creative concepts and designs to internal stakeholders, including marketing managers, executives, and clients, effectively communicating the rationale and strategic thinking behind the visual executions.
Collaborative Approach
- Working closely with copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals to develop cohesive and impactful creative assets.
- Fostering a collaborative and constructive environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
Trends and Innovation
- Staying informed about industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to incorporate new techniques and approaches to enhance VIVACÉ’s creative output.
Quality Control
- Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all visual assets produced by the creative team. Conducting thorough reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and brand standards.
Project Management
- Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are executed within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinating with project managers, production teams, and external vendors to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Creative Strategy
- Contributing to the development of creative strategies and tactics to effectively communicate VIVACÉ’s value proposition and key messages to target audiences.

Requirement
- 7+ years experience leading and designing package / display / web /campaign work
- Experience working in a fast paced agency environment
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Strong visual design skills, including a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout composition, are required. Exceptional design aesthetic, variations on styles, and awareness of design trends and innovation

- Stellar interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects and be flexible and adaptable to client needs
- Understands and design for Brand(Packages, Web, Photograph, Campaigns)
- Actively scans the industry for the best of the best inspiration, examples of our craft and shares your exciting finds with the team
- Ability to manage uncertainty and enjoys solving undefined problems
- A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft visual concepts for a brand across a variety of mediums.
Bonus points
- The ability to bring your designs to life using film, editing, animations, transitions, micro-interactions in After Effects
- A pro when it comes to Figma

The anticipated compensation range is
69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
