- Assist in the development and execution of visual design concepts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to web pages, digital ads, pitch decks, social media graphics, email campaigns, videos, and print collateral.
- Participate in brand development projects including web, logo, and brand guideline designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to maintain current brand guidelines and a consistent visual identity throughout the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, competitor designs, and new tools/technologies to continuously enhance your work.
- Receive and incorporate constructive feedback to improve design quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
- Strong understanding of design principles, use of color, layout, and typography.
- Knowledge of technical requirements for print and digital collateral.
- Eye for detail especially regarding established brand guidelines for styling of content.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, video editing, or motion graphics software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work and creativity is required.
