Graphic Designer & Travel Assistant

CRG Global Inc is a leader in Market Research for specialized industries including consumer packaged goods, health and beauty aids and entertainment clients. We are seeking an experienced Travel Administrator with Graphic Design experience. This is a hybrid role working with our team to book in-house travel and to create marketing materials for conferences. The travel role books domestic and international travel for executives and staff. Must have experience and be familiar with booking travel of all types and be proficient or willing to become proficient using travel platforms for pricing, booking, and ticketing travel.

This role is a remote role and you must work every third weekend with two days off during the week.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the in-house Travel Manager/team on company travel to conferences, locations, and studies. Prepare & finalize all travel needs for executives and staff, prepare itineraries and keep travel costing spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with in-house teams on marketing and graphic needs
• Work with travel team to book domestic and international conferences and create marketing materials, booth graphics, and work with outside and conference vendors
• Work with Executive Assistant on special projects, expense report reconciliation, coding credit cards & report generation using Word & Excel.
• Coordinate & schedule both domestic & international travel for executives traveling to and from conferences and other business travel including flights, hotel, & ground transportation and send travel itineraries

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office Suite with a high degree of proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
• Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe, etc. to create flyers and marketing materials
• Excellent with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task, work at a fast pace and anticipate needs
• Reliable & flexible with attention to detail
• Experience working in a family-owned business a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
