Position Summary:
25-30hrs/week. Lives in Bay Area to be able to come into the office when needed.
The Graphic Designer (Temp) role will work closely with Natera's in-house creative and brand teams. As a member of the creative team, this role will provide ongoing design support to supplement Natera's marketing initiatives—including a wide range of projects for both digital and print, while keeping Natera's brand aesthetics.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Production work: design and update various types of new and existing marketing
infographics, social media graphics, packaging, tradeshow booth design, and
presentation design based on current brand guidelines. Video editing is a plus
(but not required).
- File packaging: Proof, refine, edit, and prepare files for pre- and post- production.
- Digitally manipulate photographs and/or artwork using Adobe Creative Suite and
- Follow specific processes using our project management system.
Qualifications:
- Holds a Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent).
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills—Must be able to multitask, pivot/prioritize, and manage projects ensuring all tasks are completed.
- Excellent communication skills—When needed, communicate with team members about the requirements of each project.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- This is a part-time, entry/mid-level, contract position (remote). This role would be expected to work a maximum of 30 hours per week.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
