The Graphic Designer combines insights and imagination to create powerful design-driven solutions that support our restaurants, connect with our customers, and enhance the Raising Cane’s brand experience. This role will be responsible for executing external design communications while working in multiple disciplines, including brand identity, campaigns, signage and environment graphics, and collateral.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Creates innovative and relevant design-driven solutions for a wide range of print and digital projects
- Executes within multiple design disciplines, including print, signage/environment graphics, and digital ad executions
- Interprets and applies brand guidelines across brand experiences and touchpoints
- Generates quality ideas in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Prepares final files for print and digital delivery according to specs
- Effectively manages multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Takes ownership of projects with purpose and personal accountability
- Attends weekly status meetings with prepared updates on project progress
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Compelling online portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, conceptual thinking, and superb design execution
- Mastery in Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Understanding of evolving social platforms and current design trends
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Extreme attention to detail and a strategic and independent thinker
- Highly collaborative with the ability to respond professionally to creative direction and constructive feedback
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated approach with the ability to work with minimal supervision or direction
- Strong working knowledge of brand development and creative process
