The Marketing Department is comprised of a small group of driven individuals pushing the limits of creativity in the museum space. We are a high output team that supports each other in vision and execution of designs. We pride ourselves as self-starters and seek out new trends and techniques, all the while standing on the shoulders of fundamental graphic design principles.
Within the first six months, the new Graphic Designer wil be able to demonstrate creativity, written and verbal communication, and time management skills. This will come from collaborative interaction with our inter-department projects and meetings, as well as direct engagement with the Sr. Graphic Designer and Director of Marketing.
Success will be measured by your ability to build a solid foundation within the marketing team. The benchmark of a strong team member will manifest through contributing fresh ideas, producing design projects on deadline, efficient problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communicating effectively & positively with staff.
