CS Group is looking for a passionate and driven Graphic Designer to join our rapidly growing team. This position has the option of being remote, and travel will be required no less than once per quarter. The ideal candidate for the Graphic Designer role will have a passion for marketing with a focus in creative design. They will need to be a self-starter who is eager to help craft content ideas and is able to set their own goals and priorities.

As a Graphic Designer, you will design concepts for digital/print promotional campaigns along with other general tasks. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and create content for digital marketing strategies to support online sales, and with the Sales Team to support our traditional B2B channels. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, and above all else, positive, is necessary. It will be imperative to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality within this role.

What You'll Do:

• Design digital assets in support of our B2C brand including engaging social media graphics (Twitter, Instagram, Twitch, LinkedIn), email marketing, paid media campaign visuals, product mockups
• Design graphics in support of the content creators and developers we work with on Twitch, YouTube, etc.
• Design and order sales tools in support of our B2B brands including presentations, sales sheets, equipment graphics, table tents, flyers/banners, menus, etc.
• Design internal collateral and templates
• Edit Photography using Photoshop or Lightroom
• Research the latest design/branding trends and campaigns to inspire new ideas that can be utilized with our brands
• Contribute creative concepts for promotions
• Utilize Basecamp for organization of projects and communication with team
• Present design concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Participate in internal team meetings, research and planning
• Research various topics as related to marketing and branding efforts
• Support the entire marketing team and provide general administrative duties

Reporting Relationship:

• Report Directly to the Creative Manager

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or other related field
• High level of proficiency in Adobe CC with a focus in Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
• Desire to learn new skills through a growth mindset
• Desire to constantly push the boundaries of your creativity
• Ability to work independently as needed
• Take constructive feedback in a professional manner
• Possess a solution-driven mindset when problems/obstacles occur
• Ability to work quickly while still maintaining a high level of quality
• Stay up to date with design industry standards and trends
• Understand proper spacing/layout and typography principles
• Regularly consume social media and take note of trending content
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, a master at pivoting and prioritizing

• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and grind alongside the team (we're all hands on deck here!)

What Would Be A Plus:

• Strong interest and knowledge of social media

• Experience drawing vector art and characters using Adobe Illustrator
• Experience working in Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere
• Prior Restaurant/Server/Bartending Experience
• Experience Building Promotional Graphics
• Exposure/Experience with Shopify or other E-Commerce Platforms
• Exposure/Experience using project management platforms
• Interest in the coffee and cocktail industry
• Passion for photography
