This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meetings of expected performance measures.

- Coordinate graphic design and layout work, design brochures, booklets, fliers, PowerPoint.
presentations, digital media, website layout, UX/UI design, landing pages, graphics for social. - Media usage, email design/templates, and/or any related communication pieces to/for the
Secretary of State's office.
Manage creative design projects by assessing and prioritizing agency and department needs,
developing project timelines, executing design and helping with distribution and
implementation.
Oversee purchase of design-related products including office and outreach collateral and
display materials.
Perform market research for current graphic design practices and tools. Implement best practices.
Train staff on different design tools and/or software.
Knowledge of graphic design and visual art pertaining to agency and statewide communication
Knowledge of computer-generated programs and graphic design software such as Adobe
Creative Suite
Knowledge of commercial printing procedures and requirements
