Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing creative print and digital visual media to support communication, advertising, marketing and branding for Warren CAT, Warren Equipment Company and all of its subsidiaries.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Develop and create on-brand, professional, creative and engaging concepts, designs and layouts for both print and digital marketing and communication. This includes print and digital ads, brochures, booklets, flyers, posters, banners, postcards, signs, stationery, presentations, billboards, wall graphics, business communications, promotional items, web banners, websites, etc. (web programming is not required).
• Coordinate with the Marketing team, project managers and internal customers to provide timely, professional, engaging and creative design solutions.
• Work both individually and collaboratively to problem-solve, brainstorm and offer creative input on all Marketing projects, campaigns, events and communications.
• Promote and maintain advertising and branding standards for all Warren Equipment companies, and monitor internal and external branding, including logo usage and color consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service through prompt, collaborative and professional communication with internal personnel and outside vendors to both coordinate completion and ensure the quality of marketing deliverables.
• Provide polished, error-free, production-ready artwork for print and digital media.
• Maintain orderly system for digital photo and graphics assets.
• Utilize creative resources from business partners including photos, graphics, media and advertising through available asset management systems.
• Maintain awareness of latest trends in design, advertising and marketing.
• Maintain high workload when necessary and meet deadlines.
• Assist company events, meetings and other duties as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; three to five years of related professional experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient knowledge/skills utilizing industry-standard software, hardware and tools including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop in a Mac environment

• Basic knowledge of print and digital production standards, file formats, methods and procedures
• Strong conceptual, creative, collaborative and technical design skills
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Attention to detail and expertise in industry standard best-practices, concepts, procedures and tools
• Ability to originate and assimilate concepts into engaging visual content
• Ability to build relationships and manage demanding customer situations; being responsive, helpful, trustworthy and showing you care about their needs; solicit customer feedback to continuously improve service, quality and performance
• Ability to clearly and tactfully set customer expectations and meet commitments
