An independent person to assist with marketing plan execution.
Duties will include:
Email and website marketing.
Commercial real estate proposals.
Create brochures, property valuation
Assist with senior commercial real estate brokers.
SKILLS:
Writing and excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Powerpoint.
Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience in real estate beneficial but not required.
Preferred that applicant has some knowledge of the following: Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Mail Chimp and Insightly
