The Opportunity: The perfect candidate for this job is a Graphic Designer who can create aesthetically-pleasing assets and emails that capture our brand and engage our audience. If you have the ability to convey messages and information through design, we’d like to meet you! The Graphic Designer position is responsible for creating and designing deliverables to meet specific product launch or promotional needs. This position will primarily be responsible for email design, but may also contribute to website graphics, social media campaigns, and other digital assets.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Designing email graphics, templates, and layouts
- Developing custom HTML email templates
- Designing assets for use on the website and social media platforms
- Proficiency and experience in Adobe Creative Suite to create and deliver appropriate final files
- Using design principles to make informed decisions for layout, image, pattern, font, and color schemes that are on brand, visually engaging, and align with creative briefs and requests
- Conferring and assisting Creative Lead and/or team lead to determine layout design following the established brand guidelines
- Cataloging and filing all materials in a logical and easily accessible manner; ensure they are continuously up to date
- Completing all tasks within expected deadlines
- Performing other related duties and assignments as required
Experience:
- Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency - specifically in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience in Premiere and Adobe XD is a plus.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience with graphic design and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience putting together large digital design projects
- Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, Listrak is preferred
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or BigCommerce is a plus
- Experience with a range of social media platforms for marketing is a plus: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Experience organizing and maintaining files
Additional Requirements:
- Provide digital portfolio
- Provide a case study and the press-ready files for a project you are comfortable discussing in an interview

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Education: Associates or higher degree in graphic design or related field
Location: USA - Remote
Salary: $20-25/hr
