Job Summary
Graphic Designer will work in a creative studio environment designing for both print and digital requirements, to fulfill the full range of marketing needs, primarily around the LAI Games brand. This includes trade show booth design and promotional materials for trade shows, product brochures and catalogs, graphics for social media and newsletters, graphics for the LAI Games website and more. This role will also design presentation materials for internal and external communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Designer will create print ready and digital artwork including but not limited to:
o Magazine ads
o Affiliate website artwork and media
o Artwork for distributor uses, where relevant
o Company business cards and stationery
o Product flyers and catalogs
o Trade show booth artwork
o Promotional materials for trade shows (shirts, lanyards, etc)
o Website graphics
o Web banners
o Blog / social media / newsletter graphics
o Photo retouching, editing and mockups
o Presentations
- Will take creative direction from concept to finished art through iterative feedback from stakeholders.
- Showcase our brand in ways that align with company values.
- Take professional photos of our products, both in-house and on location.
- Maintain brand consistency and monitor quality control.
- Interface with R&D and 3rd party manufacturers to source necessary assets.
- Maintain the Restricted Marketing Materials Sharepoint.
- Will brainstorm creative concepts.
- Will take on other duties appropriate to the role, growth of the Company and as directed.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong graphic design skills and an eye for detail (Illustration skills are a bonus).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience using CMS systems like Wordpress.
- Innovative, consistent and contributes beyond the assigned tasks and roles.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to mentor team members.
- Good communication & teamwork skills; able to interact with both technical and non-technical management and team members.
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Microsoft Office products for project planning and communication.
- Familiar with basic concepts of theory and grid based layouts.

- Internal & external stakeholder.
Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor degree or undergraduate studies in Graphic Design or a related field.
Special Requirements
- Excellent reading and writing skills in English.
- Familiar with basic concepts of colour theory and grid-based layouts.
- Basic video editing skills would be highly regarded.

Schedule:
- Day shift.
- Monday to Friday.
