Job Description:
As the Graphic Designer for our robotics company, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and impactful design assets to support our sales and marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Enterprise and Education teams, you will translate concepts and ideas into engaging graphics, illustrations, and content that effectively communicate our brand message and showcase the value of our robotic solutions to our target audiences.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, visual designs, and marketing materials for sales collateral, promotional campaigns, digital assets, and events.
· Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, digital ads, social media assets, email templates, and website assets, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
· Create visually stunning product renderings, diagrams, and illustrations to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our robotic solutions across various industries and educational settings.
· Develop engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations, to demonstrate the functionality and capabilities of our robotic products and solutions.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing managers, sales teams, and tech operations to gather input, feedback, and requirements for design projects.
· Actively incorporate AI tools into design workflows to enhance efficiency, creativity, and effectiveness of visual assets, staying up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies in AI, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the quality and impact of our design assets.
· Lead branding initiatives, developing brand identities that include logos, brand guidelines, and brand assets, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
· Manage and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring that all design files and resources are properly archived and accessible to the marketing team.
· Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed, providing creative input and design support to help achieve business goals and objectives.
Requirements:Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; additional certifications or coursework in digital media, website design, or UI/UX preferred.
· 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.
· Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as multimedia editing tools.
· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs.
· Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
