We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Lititz, PA team. In this role you will help design and produce sales collateral and other marketing tools to assist communication of ASB Sales Associates with prospective and existing clients. In addition, you will develop creative ideas and concepts utilizing the appropriate media and style to meet the Sales Associates’ objectives while maintaining the ASB visual brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: other duties may be assigned.

• Design and produce print and electronic tools that help sales associates market to end customers.
• Maintain ASB brand standards in all forms of marketing and communication
• Develop content and guides to help sales associates approach their marketing more strategically.
• Proofread and review final layouts and suggest improvements to present project designs to decision makers as needed.
• Coordinating, shooting, and editing photos of products and people at ASB’s major events and as needed for additional projects or requests.
• Create finished artwork layouts and prepare instructions for vendors to produce final products.
• Generate ideas, create content, and execute rollout of social media strategy to expand reach to sales associates and end customers.
• Provide advice and aid to sales associates who are developing or updating their marketing strategy, websites or content planning on social media platforms.
• Update Hub or Sales Associate website as needed
• Provide technical support for websites and other technology platforms

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A good understanding of marketing and branding is also desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
