As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating creative concepts into visually appealing designs across various mediums. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, creating visually engaging graphics, and ensuring brand consistency. You will be expected to stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, property, and other teams to understand project objectives and requirements. Collaborate to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project goals.
Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools. Apply innovative thinking to push creative boundaries and elevate the overall design quality.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand identity across all design projects. Ensure consistency in style, color, typography, and messaging.
This position is best suited for a detail-orientated and highly organized candidate.
Education and Experience:
Required: AA in Graphic Design or related field or 2+ years’ experience in the field.

- Follows brand guidelines to design graphic elements and copy.
- Uses elements of design for arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Obtains approval of designs by submitting layout to Director of Marketing for approval.
- Completes projects by submitting to outside vendor and coordinating pickup and delivery as needed.
- Works with marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and contributes to the team atmosphere.
- Works directly with other Graphic Designers to develop graphics, infographics, advertisements and visuals for marketing campaigns.
- Organizes and maintains graphics, photos, and other assets in the digital library.
- Other duties as assigned.
