About the Role:
As a Grant Writer at My Care Labs, you will take on the exciting challenge of researching, applying for, and securing grants to support the development and expansion of mental health resources within My Care Medical Center. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide high-quality mental health services to the community, furthering our mission of comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other relevant sources.
- Collaborate with the team to develop grant proposals that align with My Care Labs' and My Care Medical Center's objectives.
- Write compelling, well-organized, and persuasive grant applications, ensuring all requirements and guidelines are met.
- Manage the grant application process, including documentation, submission, and follow-up, to maximize funding success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in grant writing and securing grants for healthcare, mental health, or related fields.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong research abilities to identify suitable grant opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Grant Writer
Duties:
- Research and identify potential funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other sources
- Develop and write grant proposals, including budgets, to secure funding for various programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with program managers and staff to gather information and data needed for grant applications
- Conduct thorough research on program requirements, guidelines, and deadlines
- Prepare and submit grant applications in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of grants applied for and received
- Monitor progress of funded projects and provide regular reports to funders
- Assist with financial report writing and budgeting for grant-funded programs
- Collaborate with team members to develop program goals, objectives, and evaluation strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and funding opportunities
Skills:
