Neighborhood alliance brings community resources together to feed people in need through empowerment, education and partnerships. *Purpose of Position:* * This position is an integral member of the fundraising team at Neighborhood Alliance as the lead Grant Writer, impact reporter and storyteller. * This position will be part of the team that works together to earn and sustain financial support from our community to serve people facing hunger in Homestead Florida *Job Description:* * This is a partime/full-time position at our center * This position will be the primary Grant Writer for the organization. They will write concise, articulate and persuasive proposals, cases for support and grant reports. * They will align private grant research and writing with Neighborhood Alliance strategic plan priorities, fundable elements, targeted initiatives and overall fundraising plan. * They will maintain documentation and electronic reporting for grant-funded programs and projects. * They will cultivate a deep understanding of the private grant landscape, researching and communicating giving trends that may impact Neighborhood Alliance * They will use interviewing and writing skills to produce persuasive and inspirational stories of families served, volunteers, donors, partner agencies and other topics with the ability to make complex content relatable for intended audiences. * They will work with leadership and finance staff to produce grant budgets, budget narratives and financial reports. * They will perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $58,410.00 per year
