Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the grant management team to research, write, and submit grant proposals, renewals, and reports to sustain and expand our fundraising efforts.
  • Craft compelling grant applications, incorporating program descriptions and data in partnership with philanthropy and resident services staff.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on submitted grant proposals, including acknowledgment and correspondence with funders.
  • Monitor grant spending and outcomes, providing regular reports to organization funders as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma.
  • Three (3) years of experience in grant writing and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in writing compelling grant proposals.
  • Proficiency in grant databases and research techniques.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse, cross-functional team environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitivity and integrity.
