AddressChaise Management Group, LLC is seeking individuals to review and score competitive grant applications for the Scholarships Opportunities Achieving Results (SOAR) Facilities for the District of Columbia’s Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE).
The Scholarships Opportunities Achieving Results (SOAR) Facilities Grant supports eligible DC public charter schools to renovate facilities. Proposed projects must 1) increase the total number of seats available at a high-quality charter school, and/or 2) increase the quality of existing seats at a high-quality charter school.
Individuals must have a minimum three years of experience in school-based education and/or relevant graduate-level study, and one of the following:
- Project management for a construction or renovation project of a commercial use facility or school building; or
- Experience with commercial real estate financing.
