Responsibilities:- Design electrical systems under the supervision of licensed engineers, including power distribution, power generation, lighting, and low voltage systems;
- Set up and develop electrical design models in Revit as part of a BIM team;
- Create detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings;
- Create, modify, and update Revit models as required for specific projects;
- Coordinate with other trades including mechanical, plumbing, architectural, structural and civil to produce complete facility and campus designs.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited school;
- 3+ years of experience in the design, construction and/or operation of power distribution systems;
- Current EIT or the ability to sit for the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam;
- Knowledge of Revit and BIM platforms;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Willingness to learn drawing and modeling organization.
Base Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
