The Administrative Graduate Assistant is responsible for various tasks associated with the NCAA Compliance, Academics, Facilities/Event management, Athletic Communications, Special Events, and other duties as assigned with the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Essential Functions
- Assist the Assistant Athletic Director with Rules Education, Rule Interpretations, and update/usage of NCAA Compliance Assistant Software and ARMS.
- Create graphics and assist with special projects such as moonlight madness, Bucky's, etc. Assist with fan engagement during events, promotional activities, and operations.
- Primary responsibilities for Academic Services: Student-Athlete Study Hall; Reviewing transcripts to prepare SH requirements for student-athletes Monitoring systems, reports, data, records, follow-up with coaches, faculty & staff Act as monitor during supervised study hall sessions Policies & procedures training. Train and hire work-study students.

- Assist with event and game management operations including any special events, NCAA sponsored programs, SSC/NCAA postseason tournaments.
- Create social media content for all channels. Shoot content during sporting events.
- Assist with Life Skills opportunities, development, community service, for all student-athletes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be a current Barry University graduate student or accepted applicants enrolling in the next proceeding semester.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in any field of study.
- A valid drivers license.
