- Manages recruitment activities.
- Interacts with prospective students through appointments, telephone, tours, email, and other methods.
- Travels for recruitment purposes.
- Provides creative support in the development of recruitment marketing materials and communications including letters, brochures, website postings, electronic mail, and other mediums.
- Assists with special program initiatives by participating in info sessions, phone calls, texting, and emails.
- Compiles recruitment data from Banner, Workday, Recruit, and Slate.
- Maintains accurate records of all recruitment activities. Compiles and reports on recruitment initiatives and data.
- Reviews progress, evaluates results, implements new processes, and promotes best practices.
- May provide training and development services to increase workforce competence, employee engagement, or organizational capability.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- This position requires either five years of directly full-time experience or, as an alternative, a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and one year of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.
- Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
- Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook).
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations pertaining to the position.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Skill in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
