We are currently hiring experienced Mini-Bus Operators for multiple shuttles between the hours of 4am-8pm, Monday to Friday. As a Mini-Bus Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate a 24-32 passenger mini-bus and ensure the safe and efficient transportation of passengers.

Job Description:

• Operate a mini-bus with a capacity of 24-32 passengers.
• Run a daily route with multiple shifts available.
• Maintain accurate motor vehicle logs and documentation as required by DOT regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the assigned vehicle and report any repair or maintenance needs.
• Keep the vehicle clean and fueled for readiness.
• Assist with loading and unloading baggage or parcels when necessary.
• Ensure the vehicle is in proper working order by checking tires, brakes, lights, fuel, and safety equipment.
• Comply with traffic regulations and drive in a safe and courteous manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers during boarding and exiting.
• Prepare and submit reports on passengers, trips, hours worked, mileage, fuel consumption, and fares received.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of transportation industry concepts, practices, and procedures, including DOT regulations.
• Current CDL A or B with a passenger endorsement and airbrake endorsement.
• At least 25 years old.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Must pass a government criminal background investigation.
• Possess a valid DOT Medical Card.
• Successful completion of a mandatory pre-employment drug test.
• Not disqualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle as per CFR 391.15.
• Clear driving record with no accidents within the past three years and no more than two moving violations.
• Able to obtain a security clearance.
• Ability to safely load, transfer, and unload passenger luggage.
• Neat and well-groomed appearance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service skills.
