Role:

  • Expand Billion Dollar Brands market reach by identifying new government contracts and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • RFP Design and Identification: Analyze Government Contracting opportunities in the Federal/DOD, Military, State, and Local Government sectors.

Design effective and comprehensive RFPs tailored to specific project requirements.

  • RFP Completion and Documentation: Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for RFP completion.

Prepare and submit accurate and timely responses to RFPs, ensuring all requirements are met.
Maintain detailed documentation of all RFP submissions, modifications, and communications.

  • Pricing Strategy: Develop competitive pricing strategies based on project specifications, market trends, and cost analysis.

Work closely with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate pricing and cost estimation for RFP submissions.

  • Government Contracting Compliance: Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local government regulations related to bidding and contracting processes.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in RFP submissions.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and project management, to gather necessary information and insights for RFP responses.

Maintain clear and open communication channels with government agencies and partners throughout the bidding process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Government Contracting and bidding processes, specifically in the Federal/DOD, Military, State, and Local Government sectors.
  • Strong understanding of RFP requirements, pricing strategies, and submission procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RFP software tools.
  • Knowledge of Government Contracting regulations and compliance standards.

Job Type: Consultant with the opportunity for full-time employment if agreed upon KPIs are met.

Duties
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales and business development strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects and ensure successful implementation
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and competitive advantages
- Assist in the development of strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets

Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Government Contracting sales or business development role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of strategic planning principles and ability to contribute to the development of business strategies
