Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Stafford, VA (Hybrid Role)

Position Type: Full-time, On-site initially (2-3 times per week), Remote work possible after training period

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

Clearance: Active Public Trust clearance strongly preferred

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree accepted

Experience:

• 6+ years of financial experience
• 1-2+ years of experience with DoD/Federal Government financial operations
• Experience with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution System (PPBE) preferred

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Stafford, VA. This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence at least 2-3 times per week during the initial training period, with the possibility of more remote work thereafter, to be determined in coordination with the client.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting for DoD/Federal Government projects and programs
• Utilize expertise in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution System (PPBE) to support budget planning and execution
• Collaborate with internal teams and government stakeholders to ensure financial compliance and efficiency
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and clients
• Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation

Qualifications:

• Active Public Trust clearance strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred; Associate's degree accepted
• 6+ years of financial analysis experience, with specific experience in DoD/Federal Government financial operations
• Proficiency with financial analysis tools and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
