Job Summary:
The Social Media Expert, specializing in Google Analytics 4, will be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing the company's Social Media strategies. The role requires in-depth knowledge of various Social Media platforms as well as expertise in analyzing data through Google Analytics 4. The candidate will drive Social Media campaigns, engage with our community, and provide actionable insights to improve our online presence.
Manager will also be responsible for learning basic level of Marketo. Training on Marketo will be provided, but understanding of email communication is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective Social Media campaigns.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage them.
Manage Social Media Platforms:
- Schedule, post, and monitor content across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience to build community and brand loyalty.
Analyze and Report Using Google Analytics 4 (GA4):
- Use GA4 to track user engagement, conversion rates, and ROI of Social Media campaigns.
- Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Setup custom tracking parameters, goals, and events within GA4.
Content Creation:
- Create visually appealing and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
Influencer Collaboration:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and engagement.
Stay Up-to-Date:
- Monitor Social Media trends and best practices.
- Stay informed about updates to GA4 and other analytics tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Social Media marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4, including setting up tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong visual and content creation abilities.
- Familiarity with Social Media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
