VIP Golf Services is a Golf Tee Time Packager for non-locals traveling to Las Vegas. We are a small company that has been in business for 18+ years, we have an A+ rating with the BBB, and a 4.9-star rating in Google. Our office is centrally located on Dean Martin by Russell just off of the Las Vegas Strip and we are looking to hire a new full-time Sales Associate too add to our crew.
The Sales Associate will be required to work 40hrs/week Thur-Mon, to help us sell Las Vegas golf packages and help with rental club deliveries/pickups. Social media experience, Constant Contact, & web development skills would be gladly welcomed to assist with Facebook/Instagram posts and newsletters, but not necessary. We book Tee Times at 50+ public and private country clubs in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas, combined with quality rental clubs delivered to our guests' hotel bell desks, transportation options, CaddyMates, and hotel reservations. We book 75% of our reservations over the phone and in email with the other 25% coming through our website; we help non-locals all day on where the best places to play golf are, based on their budget, course style, location, and so on. We also offer discounts in our golf packages making us a one-stop-shop for all tourists Las Vegas golf needs.
We offer transportation options from sedans to limo buses based on the group's size to get our clients to and from the hotels and golf courses. We have close to 300 rental sets in our fleet and also discuss which sets match our customers' requests based on budget, shaft flex, style of clubs, and brand preference. These sets are then cleaned in our warehouse, tagged with the client’s information, and delivered to a hotel bell desk the night before their Tee Time. Those same sets then need to be picked back up at the hotel bell desk after their final round. We all take part in the rental club process as it is a team effort. We can package hotel reservations as well with our Tee Time and rental club packages saving our clients as much money as possible. We have also partnered with other shooting and racing experiences in Las Vegas so give our clients additional options.
Our system runs in Windows so you must be PC literate (not Mac). We use Word, Excel, Access, and Adobe currently for our sales orders. The job starts at $35,000 base, plus commission which starts at $2/unit sold. Depending on your skill set, we can increase the starting base. We have a 401K, but that is not applicable until you have been with the company for a full year.
Our rental clubs are generally delivered to hotel bell desk the night before their round and then picked up again at the hotel bell desk after their final round. Rentals can also be picked up and returned to our office location.
We also have relationships with all Caesar's/Harrah's Entertainment properties so we can package in discounted Tee Times with hotel reservations.
Our office centrally located near the Las Vegas strip is setup with cubicles for a comfortable selling environment and a warehouse to store our golf clubs and delivery van. We are a fun company to work for.
