Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Operate and Maintain Golf Car Fleet
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role with some knowledge of golf is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash register operations
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the shop tidy
