Job Summary
This position is responsible for primarily assisting members and guests with face-to-face interactions, leading the members and their guests through a smooth transition of the club so that they may have an exceptional experience. This hybrid position will have multiple facets working in many of the member-centric areas including the locker room, valet, and golf services. Throughout each shift, you will have personal interactions with members assisting in the enjoyment of their day. From Valet where you will be the face of the club, greeting and getting the member's day started, to loading their bag on a golf cart all the way through to being the last person they see when they are leaving the club. The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with the game of golf and a true passion for providing a high level of personalized customer service to build ongoing relationships with our members and guests.

The Arizona Country Club is active golf, social and family-oriented Private Club conveniently located between downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale in the historic Arcadia district. The Club's origins date back to 1909 when a six-hole golf course was constructed. The course was relocated and expanded to 18 holes in the 1920s. In 1946 the Club was incorporated and the course was redesigned and reshaped and became the premier club in the Valley. The Club hosted the Phoenix Open in alternate years from 1955 to 1973 and produced many great champions including Palmer, Casper, and Venturi.
