Golf Course Bartender/ Counter Server/ Bev Cart

About us - We are a fast-casual restaurant/bar with two locations in Yarmouth, MA, both are located on beautiful scenic Golf Courses!

Great view, great environment, NO LATE NIGHTS, LOTS OF TIPS! This is a minimum service wage position plus tips, with good work life balance! And opportunities for growth!

Hiring for bartenders/counter personnel. Opportunity to train as beverage cart attendant is also available to the right candidate (must be able to work independently & train on bar/ company standards first).

Open to hiring staff looking for part-time minimal hours all the way up to full-time maximum number of hours, as long as the candidate is reliable & responsible.

Also looking for Leads/Supervisors, inquire upon interview!

General Responsibilities:

• Opening of restaurant & preparing for day
• Welcoming guests
• Taking customer’s beverage & food orders
• Preparing and serving alcoholic beverages (Will train the right candidate)
• Knowledge of alcohol (Will train the right candidate)
• Correctly inputting information into the POS system
• Consistent communication with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
• Confirm positive guest experience by regularly checking in
• Providing great customer service
• Clearing tables
• Stocking
• Cleaning bar area/restaurant (daily side work)
• Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting coworkers
• Follow industry guidelines and standards related to cleaning and sanitizing
• Candidates must do some light snack stand style kitchen work i.e. breakfast sandwiches, burgers, fries & dogs
• Check ID’s to ensure minimum drinking age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages are met
• Inform customers about daily specials

Qualifications :

• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol with High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be Tips Certified or be certified within 21 days of hire date
• Prior experience in food-serving establishment is preferred but will train the right person
• Ability to learn a menu, answer questions provided by the guests, and provide recommendations (will include ingredients and potential food allergies)
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to work under extreme time pressure
• Dedicated to on-time arrival for shifts
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
