Prior experience working in a pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing environment (regulated by GMP standards and requirements) or relevant cleaning experience of at least two years is required. GMP experience preferred.
Essential Functions:
- Safely cleans, stores and assembles all CMTI and client mills and any of the associated equipment assigned to a specific product after processing.
- Monitor all equipment to ensure that required re-cleaning dates have not expired.
- Organize and maintain proper levels of inventory of associated parts for all mills, scales, heat-sealers, etc.
- Maintain the required cleanliness of the entire cleaning area and processing equipment.
- Thorough & consistent documentation techniques
- Safely carry out all duties in line with the procedures and policies set forth by MTI
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs of systems and equipment as outlined in MTI, cGMP and client requirements.
