How you'll make an impact:

As Cin7's Global VP of Sales you'll lead our international sales strategy and execution, driving the company to the next level of substantial growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), your leadership will be crucial in designing the future of our sales initiatives. Your main objectives will include driving revenue growth, enhancing our sales processes, and broadening Cin7's market reach within the SMB and mid-market sectors on a global scale.

We're seeking:

An experienced sales leader with a B2B software sales background and a track record of scaling sales and building and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive global sales strategies to meet Cin7's objectives. Lead the sales team with clear goals, pipeline growth and exceeding revenue targets.
    • Team Growth and Development: Recruit, mentor, and enhance a global sales team. Promote a culture of achievement, collaboration, and ongoing learning. Ensure effective integration of new hires and continuous professional development.
    • Sales Efficiency and Process Optimization: Streamline operations and maximize the use of sales tools to increase team productivity. Evaluate and refine sales processes in alignment with global strategies and market demands.
    • Market Insight and Customer Relations: Utilize deep market insights to tailor strategies and foster strong customer relationships. Ensure solutions meet customer needs.
    • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics to inform decisions, promoting a data-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales efforts with company-wide objectives and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
    • Innovation and Market Adaptation: Lead go-to-market strategies and sales process innovations to adapt to market changes and buyer behaviors. Drive continuous learning and adaptation within the team.
Required Skills and Experience:
    • 7-10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 3-5 years in sales leadership (Director/VP level).
    • A proven track record in a high-growth environment, with expertise in meeting targets within the SMB and MM segments.
    • Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and team-building capabilities.
    • Solid experience with CRM systems,s sales tech,, sales enablement tools, and modern sales methodologies.

$300,000 - $330,000 a year

Please note that our US headquarters is in Denver, CO. If you are not based in Denver, you must have a willingness to travel to Denver frequently.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
