Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience collaborating with executive stakeholders to create and align tools and technology solutions strategies.
- 5 years of experience in people management.
- Experience working within Government, Risk, and Compliance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with both technical (Product and Engineering) and business stakeholders and users.
- Ability to influence others, fostering and maintaining key relationships over time.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-changing environment.
- Interest in security compliance frameworks, controls, and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills.

As a Global AffairsSolutions Enablement Manager, you will report to the Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team that executes against this vision and strategy to deliver efficiency and scale across Global Affairs’ solutions and tools. You will navigate Global Affairs and cross-functional partners at Google to identify top business priorities, outcomes and pain points, translate them into business requirements, prioritize competing needs, align executive audiences to gain buy-in, and influence the solution and product roadmap to achieve the desired results.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand key business and user needs, identify strategic solutions, and set and execute the vision and strategy for Global Affairs scaled solutions and tools.
- Serve as Solutions Enablement’s business liaison to Global Affairs compliance organizations. Identify, assess, and advise stakeholders and customers on compliance risks and controls.
- Help prioritize competing business needs and clearly articulate them to Product teams to influence the product roadmap to address stakeholder needs and enable business strategy.
- Attract, develop, and grow a diverse team, Solutions Enablement professionals to drive impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to facilitate the implementation of solutions and tools to ensure a sustainable governance, risk and compliance program. Manage the delivery, performance, and user satisfaction of solutions and tooling.
