Job Summary: The Global Solution Architect S/4 Hana is the Guardian of the ERP solution, owns the SAP Global Template and ensures consistent integration with the MES Solution. This person will be accountable to deliver functional solutions to gaps and a qualitive documentation set of the template.
Salary Range: $105,887 to $121,160
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree In IT/Business/Engineering or combination of education and minimum 15 years' work experience
- Minimum 10 years' work experience in this sort of role which a minimum of 5 years in a similar end to end Solution Architect role
- Manufacturing industry experience, preferably metal or automotive
- Minimum 10 years' experience in an enterprise-level SAP S/4 HANA projects using hybrid waterfall and agile methodologies throughout the whole life cycle
- Minimum 10 years' experience defining and managing business requirements, fit/gap analysis and writing Functional Design Documents
- Ability to travel minimum 50%

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and development of Business Processes supported by the ERP solution, Operating Policies and Design Principles of the ERP solution, ERP software configuration for each of the agreed environments and their congruence, Integrated solutions between the ERP and MES systems
- Ensure solution and systems integrity through the development and adherence to ERP guiding principles
- Ensure data integrity of the ERP solution and external data feeds
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of the documentation of the to-be application landscape with all relevant applications and interfaces to the ERP system
- Drive the fit/gap process
- Drive the solution design process and make sure that the design methodology is clear and related tools and documentation standards are adhered to.
