Role overview
As a core member of the Sales Enablement team, the Global Sales Onboarding Program Manager will be responsible for owning the Sales & Service Onboarding Program, delivering live sessions that are valuable for all global geos, maintaining alignment with managers, and ensuring the program's effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Work closely with Global Sales & Service leaders across the organization to align the capabilities gained in onboarding with what's expected in their role long-term.
- Use in-program evaluation of new hires to inform Managers' coaching and hiring practices.
- Deliver engaging, innovative, and results-oriented instructor-led training sessions and eLearnings.
- Partner with internal and external subject matter experts as needed to enhance programming and outcomes.
- Evaluate the employee experience and effectiveness of the program on a recurring cadence to ensure that it meets the needs of our business, gaining leadership buy-in along the way.
- Manage the reporting of training metrics and outcomes to ensure effective program evaluation.
- Schedule sessions and provide post-training support such as surveys, course assignments, cheat sheets and other materials to further new hires' learning.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of professional work experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, and/or Enablement.
- Experienced in developing strategic plans and executing engaging Onboarding curricula for high performing Sales/Service teams.
- Exceptional facilitator with experience developing employees' core skill to fuel their long-term success.
- Capable of setting the tone and expectations for new hires joining a high performing, fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and accountable individual who takes initiative in an ever-changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to execute multiple tasks with precision and efficiency, maintaining a high level of detail and ongoing communication.
- Passionate about providing a positive new hire experience at every stage of the onboarding process.
