SUMMARY
The Global Product Manager will set the direction, vision and execution path throughout the product life cycle and manage multiple priorities in the overall New Product Development process and act as the leader of the entire product strategy. They also manage a variety of marketing projects including launching and promoting the company's products and services within the core markets through the Marcom team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Profitably grow the portfolio of solutions, integrating across product development, functional partners, commercial and service teams.
  • Analyze market trends and opportunities, translate them into winning business strategies, and lead coordinated execution with high accountability for results.
  • Refine and own the vision, strategy, and innovation roadmap for your solution
  • Proactively influence portfolio and drive investment decisions balancing customer needs, business strategy, and competitive differentiation.
  • Drive go to market strategies for NPIs and upgrades, working closely with Marketing and commercial teams.
  • Develop and manage strategic alliances and partnerships with both external organizations and internal platform partners
  • Become a domain expert & the spokesperson for your portfolio of products
  • Champion business model innovation, and industry leading, digital friendly methodologies to guide capital allocation and measure customer and business success.
  • Establish and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, customers, and partners.
  • Lead Strategic Planning process and develop competitive landscape understanding by analyzing competitive products, offering, and positioning
  • Lead the Tollgate/Gate Process to translate business opportunities into successful projects
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Engineering, Commercial and Finance regarding multiple initiatives like product improvements, quality, etc. as necessary
  • Works closely with Engineering team to identify root causes to product issues and resolution path
  • Collaborate regularly with regional Engineering and Operations on product improvement & initiatives then prioritize them based on customer or business needs
  • Execute the pricing strategy by closely working with Finance and Commercial.
  • Set the direction on the Global portfolio, executed regionally with local stakeholders
  • Contribute in trade show activities by participating and collecting VOC. Support in GTM activities in the trade shows
  • Strengthen marketing activities such as video strategy, customer communications, develop marketing and technical documentation related to product improvements and features.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in the Dispensing market

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related business degree
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience, at least 2 years in product management in the industrial B2B industry
  • Proven experience in:
    • Product Management and VOC
    • New Product Development & Launch (NPD)
    • Go-to-Market (GTM)
    • Tollgate / Stage gate Process (TG)
    • Product Pricing Strategy
    • Technical and Marketing Content Creation
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication, public speaking, interpersonal and presentation skills are critical
  • Ability to influence cross-functional relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage project timeline and estimating potential risks, creative problem solver.
  • Results and data mindset
  • Travel up to 10% of the time
  • On-Site or Hybrid work setting is possible

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • An MBA or other relevant advanced degree
  • 3+ years of experience in business-to-business sales
  • Familiar with dispensers or the tinting industry
