Form of workThe Koch Global Services Cloud & Applications team is hiring a Product Manager. As a Product Manager, you will be a key individual in maturing our product capability and leading a global team of Product Owners, Business Systems Analysts, and Agile Professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing your team members while collaborating with our business partners to develop clear product visions that drive long term business value.
An ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about building relationships with customers and business partners. A successful Product Manager will be adaptable to changing priorities and have a passion for leading others to apply the right Agile method for their product and improve work processes between capabilities to drive roadmap outcomes. We are seeking a candidate who possesses a strong background in economic thinking and has a strong ability to coach through curious questions and critical thinking.
Our Team
The Koch Global Services Cloud & Applications team delivers cloud platforms and enabling solutions that empower our Koch businesses to design, build, and deploy the technology necessary for transforming their businesses. We manage several enterprise platforms including public cloud, integrations, developer enablement, contact centers, data visualization, and enterprise knowledge. Our applications team also provides technical consulting, develops custom applications, and provides support for leveraged enterprise applications.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for leading and developing a high performing, contribution motivated team through the lens of our Principle Based Management Culture
- Collaborate with Product Owners to apply economic thinking to their product roadmaps and investment opportunities while creating transparency for our partners.
- Build and foster authentic relationships with our business partners to understand product needs and business outcomes to evaluate where our team can create long term value for Koch.
- Drive the health and innovation of our teams' capabilities through developing KPI's, influencing technology/service reviews, and highlighting our teams' story across Koch.
- Apply portfolio management to align our resource to the highest value initiatives.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience leading others through formal or informal leadership opportunities.
- Experience influencing global teams without formal authority.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders including leadership teams.
- Experience developing roadmaps or long-term project plans to align with business strategy.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience having direct reports and handing performance reviews, feedback, compensation suggestion and recruiting.
- Experience as a product owner or related role.
- Experience working on an Agile team.
