Cargill, Incorporated seeks a full-time Global Process Specialist, Source to Contract based in Wayzata, MN. The Global Process Specialist, Source to Contract is responsible for delivering operational excellence across the Source to Contract process and the Global Procurement organization.
This position requires
- a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) Procurement and Global Project Management experience including strategic leadership and operational scope.
- Must also have 12 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following:
- (1) developing a Category Strategy to create value and to mitigate supply risk including stakeholder mapping, internal and external analysis, procurement categories opportunity identification, prioritization and creation of medium to long term strategy execution plans;
- (2) executing analysis and driving recommendation for global sourcing decisions, and providing leadership for regional sourcing decisions implementation considering a multitude of global sourcing complexities;
- (3) designing supplier contracting and pricing management including contract negotiation, adjustment of standard templates, executing, storing, and operationalizing supplier contracts and pricing;
- (4) leading initiatives concerning the design of supplier relationship management, supplier innovation, diverse suppliers, supply risk & sustainability processes;
- (5) developing and executing procurement categories and the supporting supply chain as well as their markets, suppliers, and trends for precise competitive intelligence used to establish procurement strategy, processes, policies and templates; and
- (6) working with process optimization, continuous improvement, leading change plans, and promoting change in the organization.
- All experience may have been gained concurrently.
