Calling all rising sophomore, junior, and senior undergraduate students! We are currently seeking a superstar HRIntern to join the Global People Team team for Summer 2024.
What You'll Do: We are looking for an intern to assist the Human Resources function on a variety of projects and exciting initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a high energy, passionate individual who demonstrates the ability to work in a self-guided and fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will rotate around our centers of excellence: Talent Development & Systems, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion, and People Operations. You will have the unique opportunity to gain exposure to the various HR functions, while supporting the priorities of the larger organization.

Who You Are:
The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment.
Our summer internship program will be in our El Segundo, CA headquarters and will run for 10 weeks from June 10th-August 16th. We operate on a hybrid work schedule where employees must be willing and able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We will not be considering remote or non-local applicants at this time.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00-$22.00. The hourly rate offered will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.

Talent Development & Systems:
- Drive efficiency in all elements of the talent development and engagement department, including process improvement, coordination and execution of new hire onboarding program, and more.
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist Talent Acquisition hiring process from beginning to end; posting open positions, applicant tracking, on-site interview coordination, and closing out new hires in Workday.
Total Rewards:
- Shadow and assist with job description evaluations and coordination of compensation benchmarking
Diversity & Inclusion
- Collaborates with D&I Intern on projects, initiatives, and coordination support of our Employee Resource Groups
People Operations
- Provide support to our HR Team and business groups through different strategy projects and operations process improvements
Who You Are:
- You maintain a high-level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You have the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
