Global Mobility Specialist

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a global organization headquartered out of Denver on a search for a Temporary Global Mobility Specialist. We are looking for candidates that are available immediately with previous experience in the Global Mobility space. This is a 100% Remote position anticipated to last 2-3 months. 
This role pays $50-55/hr., offering 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. 

OVERVIEW:
Essential Duties:

- Manage team of Global Mobility Specialists, provide leadership, support, mentoring, and coaching.

- Manage the day-to-day Global Mobility operations and processes.

- Provide counseling and advice to internal partners and supply accurate and timely HR support to the designated business functions.  

- Manage external supplier/vendor relationships to ensure they meet service deliver goals and provide positive employee experience.

- Develop relationships and provide support to internal and partners.  

Qualifications:

- Previous Global Mobility Program Management Experience a must. 

- Previous vendor / supplier management experience.

- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative approach. 

- Ability to build internal relationships with stakeholders. 

- Knowledge of US and Global Immigration. 

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
