Job Description:
As a Global Mobility Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless movement of Everest employees across international locations. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of Global Mobility management, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, tax laws, and company policies. This role demands a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of international assignments.
This position is a 12-month contingent role with a strong possibility to become a full-time Everest employee in 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Assignment Coordination:
-Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of international assignments, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
-Liaise with various departments to arrange necessary logistics, including travel, accommodation, and other relocation services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Liaise with various departments, including HR, legal, finance, and IT, to integrate Global Mobility processes seamlessly into existing workflows.
Compliance and Documentation:
-Stay abreast of global immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
-Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to visa applications, work permits, and other legal requirements.
-Year End Activities (taxes, ensure employee receipts are submitted timely)
Communication and Support:
-Act as a primary point of contact for employees undergoing international assignments, providing timely and accurate information.
-Collaborate with HR, legal, and finance teams to address employee queries and concerns related to Global Mobility.
Policy Adherence:
-Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines concerning Global Mobility.
-Assist in the administration, compliance, and enhancement of current Global Mobility policies and procedures.
Training and Communication:
-Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees, managers, and HR teams on Global Mobility processes and policies.
-Establish effective communication channels to disseminate information related to Global Mobility changes and updates.
Vendor Management:
-Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors, including relocation services, immigration consultants, and tax experts.
-Ensure vendor compliance with established processes and service level agreements.
-Ensure the accurate and timely third-party payments.
Tax Compliance:
-Work closely with tax professionals to ensure compliance with international tax laws, providing necessary information for tax equalization and tax protection.
Data Management:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Global Mobility assignments, including assignment letters, expatriate agreements, and related documentation.
Reporting:
-Generate reports on key metrics and trends related to Global Mobility for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Global Mobility or related HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of international immigration laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and Global Mobility software is a plus.

For NYC Only: The hourly range for this position is $60 - $75 per hour . The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
