We are seeking a Global Marketing Project Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various Marketing Projects to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and requirements, liaise between the many different moving parts of any given project, ensuring timeliness and successful delivery. This position requires a blend of interpersonal skill and communication, an ability to multitask while retaining attention to detail, and a strong strategic and organizational sense to ensure overlapping timelines and requirements do not hinder progress.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines for marketing initiatives, working with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Design, Content, Global Campaigns, Digital, Revenue Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
- Determine the tasks, dependencies, and resources needed to complete each phase.
- Facilitate the onboarding and/or implementation of a project management tool to set the foundation of process improvement and team coordination.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Lead project kick-off meetings, ensuring clear communication of project goals, roles, and responsibilities.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring accountability and timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular status meetings to provide project updates, address challenges, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of outsourced project components.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success, identify areas for improvement, and capture lessons learned.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in Marketing Projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in project management, managing multiple timelines and delivering results in a complex organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on quality and accuracy in project deliverables.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Experience working with various forms of marketing collateral (print, digital/web, social, video, presentations)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Experience in the technology industry (preferred but not required).
